I haven't seen anyone point this out but it means something that he delivers this speech with Wyden, Duckworth, and Johnson next to him (and probably more I didn't recognize). He's speaking from a place of authority and power.

Thank you. I wrote and sent "Wyden" because I saw Durbin and recognized "older white senator man from Illinois" and that was the name my brain supplied, but I realized it was wrong while not being sure who's *right*.
