Most of the people complaining are people who built a following on Twitter and are mad that a substantial number of their followers left. Their true contention is that they don't want to start over on a new platform.

and they uniformly have blue checks. Meaning they have a financial stake in the long-term success of X (and the success of its sole owner, Elon Musk). They’re hardly unbiased, impartial, neutral observers. When they argue for people to stay, they’re arguing for their own wallets.
