Tim is the face of the Bulwark (simply by virtue of volume) but Sarah for all intent and purpose is the main head of operations since its inception afaik. She doesn't just do the focus groups. She always runs Republican Voters Against Trump and other PACs. She does a lot of work behind the scene

She also* runs other PACs Btw, between JVL, Miller and Sarah, she's the only one that still lives in DC. That tells you how much more she's in the trenches than the others

One more story: in an interview on Dan Pfeiffer's substack, JVL visibly teared up when talking about how he met Sarah. It was when TWS closed and JVL was trying to help staffers to find new jobs. JVL was told to call Sarah and she helped many TWS staffers land on their feet Their comradery is real
