Hit the crude units. They are what keep it operating. Storage tank strikes make for large, impressive fires but the actual damage to production is much more limited.

Yes, but if both can be hit, then both should be hit. Stopping th eproduction has no instantaneous effect if there are reserves left. Also, if Ukrainians were not hitting tanks, russkies could confidently keep them full, whenever possible. Instead, they have to keep them half-full now, I guess.
