We have friends who live in their RV and head to Arizona every winter. I doubt that will change for them. Some people just can’t pivot. On the other hand we had no problem stopping our 6-9 times a year trips to the US. Now I doubt I will ever want to go back.

I don't believe it either. I think many people will continue to go because they have condos (or RV spaces) and friends, but the tide is turning. We've been going to Hawaii every year for the last 20 years. Not anymore.
