I guess you can make a legitimate case about not accepting that their definition of republicanism is valid and defending an alternative is possible. No matter what they want people to believe, trumpists don't own the republican party

You really don’t think Trump owns that party? I’m looking for Republicans speaking out against the Texas gerrymander. If they do, and continue calling themselves Republicans, I will concede your point.
