Simply recognise that you don't need to be permanently plugged into the 24 hour news cycle. Go and read books, take long walks (weather permitting), watch hours of stupid YouTubes of cute animals or idiots hurting themselves. The world will still be there in a few days.

I think I’m pretty insulated from it all. I don’t watch any ‘news’ programmes on tv and don’t follow any online. I may stay offline to avoid any unwanted content and finish reading #Gunnawah. I also need to do some surface pattern design for a submission that closes on the 22nd
