entire hearing. The judge had no authority in law to do so. He literally ‘authorised’ targeted criminal harassment, with no power to do so. We have been in communication with Judge Sandy Kemp and put him on notice over this. We hear Judge Kemp is *now* in a flap over Naomi Cunningham
aggressively continuing the targeted harassment again today. This case, is very likely to fail on the basis that Dr Upton was denied her rights under ECtHR Art 6, 8 and others. Kemp knows he has fucked up spectacularly and he knows we are primed and ready to act. We also have a linked matter at
court re the Newcastle Employment Tribunal setting the stage for the trans witness in the upcoming ‘Darlington Five’ case, to be similarly treated in the same way. We have to stop this, we are being denied access to justice, as trans applicants or witnesses will not want to be put through this.
We have to stop this, or we really will have to consider using the nuclear option. Human tolerance to year after fucking year of trans people being treated like shit on the soles of their shoes, is not limitless.
