The thing about Dyson spheres is that by the time we would be technologically capable of constructing such a thing we would already have figured out some other far more practical way to generate energy rather than strip mining every rocky body in the Solar System to build one, including Earth
And after it's constructed you have no sun anymore, and that's kinda problematic if you happen to live around said sun.

Meanwhile the UBI has been proven over and over that it works and benefits society. but more pilot studies must be done to more to make sure.
