Everyone knows how I feel at work, and also I’m the boss, the worst consequence would be pissing off whatever family I’m in the room with, and if they get pissed off about it when it happens then fuck em

I think everyone at my job would be even more openly celebratory than I would be, so I think this would kind of kick ass, at least for me personally
this is a wild position to be in a finance role. maybe not in NYC I guess
yeah, I think it’s just very specific to my little area. I’m sure that finance-wide at my entire company, my personal viewpoint would not be universal lol
As a finance guy in the south everybody else would be giving me the side eye waiting for me to say something that would piss them off.
yeah I quit my job after the 2016 election in no small part because of how my coworkers reacted
I am *really* glad I didn’t work around the same people I worked with during the Obama presidency from 2016 onward. it was bad enough at the time
At this age and point in my career my give a damn is a bit busted. Most of the things I predicted have come true. And the guys in my office don’t engage me on it.
I miss being self employed
Working from home, I’d have little stopping me from taking the rest of the day off and breaking out the good stuff.
