Not necessarily. Hence why no one can definitely say the number of TBIs/severity of TBIs/duration until onset that determine conditions like say CTE.

Ok. You are talking about outlier things and kind of grasping at straws here. How long would you throw him in jail for?
it’s not an outlier thing. It’s par for the course with brain injuries. They are complicated, and not well understood by medical professionals let alone prosecutors. If someone is missing a limb that’s easy to see and convey how it impacts their life…
It’s not easy for ppl to express/understand brain injuries. Crashing at a high speed can change the trajectory of your brain functioning for life, nothing outlier about that possibility. How about a duration of time that would take football away from him. At least for a little lol
It's an outlier that we wouldn't already have symptoms/indication of a long-term injury, and prosecutors won't/shouldn't just assume CTE. Again, I ask, has any victim stepped up and said that this was a miscarriage of justice? And stop beating around the bush. How long? Say it with your chest.
Ever consider the possibility the victims are focused on their medical/moving on and not even that involved in the legal proceedings? Ruggs got 3-10 yrs for similar behavior. Rice endangered several lives and was lucky no one was lost. Going to bat in favor of just 30 days for Rice is wild
Ruggs was drunk and killed a person. I know you don't seem to care about what actually happened, but pretending like the Rice and Ruggs things are the same is the truly wild thing here. How long would you throw Rice in jail for? Let's see how much you love our carceral society!
Seriously, you seem to not give a shit about actual facts and things that can be proven. You want to throw this man in prison based on vibes. You fucking suck, buddy.
They are similar in terms of recklessness, in fact, Rice is worse. They are dissimilar in terms of outcome. Facts: Rice had two cars in his name racing on an interstate during the day and fled the scene of a multi-car accident.
But he wasn't drunk, and, as far as any of us know, he didn't actually seriously injure/kill someone. Arguing that what Rice did was worse is fucking asinine. How long do you want to throw him in jail for? Why can't you answer a simple question?
We don’t know if he was under the influence or not cause he fled the scene! You really think it’s asinine to say racing two cars on an interstate during the day is more reckless than one car speeding at night on a backroad….cmon man lol
