I have heard rumblings that Kelly is passing petitions for her district as well. That coupled with the history re: Prtizker faction on state central committee makes me wonder.... but perhaps I am being cynical

It ain’t beanbag, I think you are seeing things clear, Kelly would be wise to seek re-elect, the seat is safe, the self retirement (losing) is tough on anyone, if she self retires Until I know where infrastructure and labor inside that infrastructure is, it’s just too early
