Lot of talk lately about when Trump passes, it'll all be over and we can just rejoice. I need people to understand that the battle will just be starting when that happens. The GOP will dig deeper to maintain power, and everybody else will be partying. Trump isn't the problem, it's the GOP.
I remind people the succession is VP so JD. He's potentially more risky, he is smarter & possibly more cruel than FOTUS. Plus, an ardent proponent of P2025. Plus-plus, he would still have rabid support of Thune & Johnson. Much as I would not mourn the asshole's passing, I do not cheer for it.
I'll enjoy it in the moment, but am looking at it as a Wicked Witch of the East vs. West moment. The big battle still looms...
Exactly, Trump is just a clown; they need him to entertain people while the transformation is taking place. The real power lies elsewhere.
