I'm not giving them a pass. I'm saying that's for their communities to deal with. white people don't tell non-white people how to conduct their business. You seem to think there are equal amounts of voters of every race, but there simply aren't. Look up the numbers.

Part of the problem is how numbers are reported. I can easily look up the fraction of white voters who voted for Trump or Harris. But when I try to look up what fraction of Trump voters were white, I can't find that number. I'd have to reconstruct it.
Sometimes it is hard, I was working on some numbers a few weeks ago and it took hours to track down the right sources to find them. And they will use %s to make it even more difficult. %s make the sets of numbers sound equal to start with, but they aren't necessarily.
