The greats have unique weapons. Serve, backhand, ground strokes, quickness around court or perhaps all of the above. Coco does each of these well enough- minus the serve & her forehand - but she doesn’t do any at a level that’s transformative for her game, in a way it did for Serena, Graf or Martina
