And yet almost all practitioners of any sect claim that it does. St. Augustine vilified women through Eve because he was a sex addict and had to blame women for men's inability to control themselves. A full 500 years after the original Canon was created and it stuck. They all believe it.

Yes, but that is not in the Bible. As I said, catholicism depends on a long tradition of thinkers, not just the Bible. Most of the awful things in catholicism are not mentioned in the bible
