AI should not be customer-facing — it's an "expert" tool, though what passes for expertise varies by task. If you can't clearly explain requirements or don't fully understand the output, you have to assume it's wrong. It's more of a knowledgeable but easily confused assistant than a domain expert.

Looking at the examples provided by Office Watch, Copilot, like many other LLM tools, is incredibly sensitive to initial prompts. A small difference between two completely reasonable prompts can result in large differences in results. In math, that’s known as “chaos.”
