Color me silly if you want but I don't understand where I was "shaming" and "insulting" anyone. Do you mean because I said criticism that's not constructive is only whining? If I've shamed and insulted people who do this, then that's quite ok. Let them sit and think about using criticism for good.

You assume the only purpose of criticism is to shame and humiliate those considered inferior in order to encourage them to become superior. That's why politicians can criticise the people but the people can't criticise politicians. That's not constructive criticism. It is destructive.
