no. he didn't. axios reported that an "anonymous" dem said that, but they printed Hakeem's photo for the article, as a weasel way of associating Hakeem with the quote. Hakeem actually called strongly for the files to be released.

He did call strongly for releasing the files. But you'd think the opposite if all you did was look at the photo and the headline Axios published. Deliberately misleading. Add Axios to the list of media outlets actively collaborating with the Trump-GOP axis of evil.
