Lodge 49
Lodge 49
The Lost Room
SCTV
Lodge 49....forgot about that. The Dude joins a Lodge. Weird show, but I liked it. Good one.
Joss Whedon's "Firefly."
Are you kidding? Firefly, of course!
Dude, that was such an interesting show too. I was looking forward to season 2
Lodge 49 is the correct answer, but part of me is happy it ended by creating even more unanswered questions.
About once or twice I see one of those weird "Thing" cars out on the road and my heart pounds and I shout "Dud!"
Firefly
Quark
Brooklyn 99
Hazel
Omg! I love Hazel so much!! I could totally go another season, but only if wasn’t about the new family they had the last season.
Thats the one I want replaced!
Considering how dead everyone is, I think a reboot is the best we can hope for. I’d really like a reboot. We could explore Hazel’s anti-racism more clearly nowadays.
The OA just to see if it could pull it off, but for a more guaranteed experience? Mindhunter.
I think Mindhunter is filming another season.
Sadly this is based on an interview that Holt McCallany gave. But according to Google AI: "While Mindhunter star Holt McCallany shared that there was a possibility of the show returning as three two-hour movies,
a recent update confirmed the series is done and the possibility of a continuation is a mere "chance."
It seems as if it really depends on whether the showrunner, David Fincher, decides to bring it back. But apparently it is very expensive to produce, and (unbelievably to me) didn't have sufficient following.
Darn, thank you, Nora. I’m not sure where I read it, but what a bummer to hear.
Me, too. The news from Holt's interview was all over the place, I saw it as well. It was such a great series and I've watched it many times. Maybe someone else will pick it up...we live in hope.
FIREFLY
Firefly
Galavant
THIS. Thank you. Same.
Agent Carter. I'd also like to see a return of The Wire, 20 years on. See how those lads are holding up.
Just started AP Bio. I love it. You're great.
Deadwood
Get a Life with Chris Eliot.
You, me, and about three other people remember that show.
There was a 6th guy but I think he passed away 😆
No, I’m here. ✋
😂😂😂😂 I’m glad you’re alive! 😆
Wonderfalls
The Detour
Pushing Daisies.
Carnivàle
Absolutely Carnival. The ending was not satisfying and pointed to continuing to a 3rd season.
SO much.
Veronica Mars with Patton Oswalt returning as a regular character.
MY MAN
Watchmen
The Last Man on Earth
My so called life
My Name Is Earl. Damn thing ended on a cliff hanger, and I spoke with Ethan, Jason, and Eddie at a con 2 years ago and none of them could tell me what the final question on the show was, because Greg Garcia hadn't figured it out, so no one knows. But all of those guys are great.
Newhart, or, coach,or king of Queens,or amos and Andy (old show but awesome)😹😹😹😹
Star Trek OS. A girl can dream.
YES. I don’t tend to feel the universe owes me anything, but ooooh, it owes me the rest of Lodge 49.
Firefly
Penny Dreadful
That's easy. Breaking Bad.
Happy!
The Diet Mug Root Beer Dana Carvey Show
Would I be able to follow Lodge 49 if I haven't seen Lodges 1 thru 48?
Dud was working on that.
Lodge 49
Criminally underrated.
The Crown: Kate and Meghan
News Radio
My Name is Earl
Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance
Warehouse 13.
Northern exposure.
I would have loved to see you guest on it.
All of CBS & PARAMOUNT. Of course, NBC & ABC would have to buy their rights. Then CBS could just feature fucking ftrump and his circus.
God, yes. Lodge 49. btw: New Pynchon book next month.
Mindhunter.
Lodge 49 was such a great show.
What am I missing about this show? I watched the first season, and just couldn't care. I feel like there's an element I'm missing.
Elementary Also ER And West Wing Maybe Cheers
Odyssey 5. It was an amazing sci-fi show with a fantastic cast!
Yes. ❤️🍩🍋
The Glades, we need closure
We really do need another goofy philosophical feel good sci-fi.
Chance - Hugh Laurie
Ethan Suplee's best role ever. Fantastic show.
The old man.
It was a crime it got canceled. A crime.
"Shut Eye", anyone? Anyone? Great damn show.
#MST3K
I think they're doing a good job of keeping the riff going
Deadwood
World on Fire - BBC
Just realized we are living a form of it.
Happy! And I'm not just saying that because of Patton. I genuinely was heartbroken.
Deadwood
UNITED STATES OF TARA
My Name Is Earl. The SERIES ends on a "to be continued." It is a great feel good, put on and chill, kinda show. They'd have to write in a way to explain #EthanSuplee getting jacked, though.
AP Bio😀
+1 Kiss up
Only if they find a way to bring back Giamatti
Millenium.
The Expanse
TOS!
Space 1999
Resident Alien
Stargate Universe.
The Middleman
Action! With Jay Mohr. It was brilliant but too much for T.V. Only lasted like 8 episodes.
My So Called Life
What a singular show that was, and they left a lot of threads dangling.
Mentalist
Such an underappreciated show! I liked the ending, but we could check in every once in a while. They should bring it back for Columbo style movies.
Bless This Mess, Dollface, Life in Pieces…
High Fidelity was highly underrated and the plan for Season 2 sounded fantastic.
Yes!
Freaks and Geeks (assuming we can go back in time here …)
I really think Feig & Apatow could nail a "20th anniversary" movie (I guess closer to 30th anniversary now) if they wanted.
Came here to say the same.
Mindhunter
Yes! Utter beautiful chaos! I loved it so!
2025 Democratic presidency.
RIP elections
I’m still out here recommending Lodge 49 to people. I’d really like another season or two of Now and Again.
Upstart Crow - gone long before it’s time.
So many more mysteries within mysteries to discover.
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert
Dark Matter. Alien Nation. Farscape. Firefly. The new Quantum Leap. You know, pretty much any high quality sci-fi that the network cancelled too soon.
Dark Matter yes! Yes!
Yes! Dark Matter is the one I’m most heartbroken about.
Good call, the story was interesting and unfinished.
Technically not cancelled, but no new episodes, How To with John Wilson.
Wayne
Terriers
Or, maybe Quarry
But yeah, Lodge 49
Umm Earth Final Conflict Babylon 5 Sense 8 Quantum Leap BROWN COATS!
Sneaky Pete for a proper wrap up - Oz, for a 2025 update
I loved Sneaky Pete, but it just ran its course once the family knew he was an impostor.
My So-Called Life
The expance
Expanse really deserved it!
This is the correct answer.
The only fiction for now, is the fusion engine that keeps giving trust.
Pushing Daisies
E-Z Streets
Last Man On Earth.
Last Man on Earth
Reservation Dogs!
I would love a Constable Bob show, personally.
Loved that show as well.
Firefly
This is the correct answer, thank you all for participating
They took my love, they took my land, they took my show where it could not stand
I don't care, I'm still free! They can't take reruns from me 😭
My ass is still a leaf in the wind sitting in the cockpit ☠️
Captain Fall
Raising Hope
B J Novak's The Premise, because of all its absurdism.
Pushing Daisies
Somebody Somewhere.
Yes!!
At the risk of looking like I'm ass kissing, A.P. Bio. That ended way to soon! Second choice would be American Housewife. Another that ended to soon.
Don't ignore the comics. They honestly do a solid job of hitting all the Lower Decks comedy and drama notes. I do miss the series though. My favorite Trek behind DS9.
Peaky Blinders.
They're filming a movie, it should be in post.
Hadn’t heard. Can’t wait.
Avenue 5! Loved that show :(
Better Off Ted. That show was never given it’s just dues. #philandlemforever
Brothers & Sisters. That's the one that made me cancel my cable when it ended- I vowed to never get 'emotionally attached' to another show again, just to have a network rip it away. 🥴 (FWIW, I still only dabble with shows now, take 'em or leave 'em.)
PATTON THE CORRECT ANSWER WAS THE EXPANSE
OA
Would have loved more Dimension 404. For such a short-lived show, it really stuck with me. Your episode was great. :)
I want to join my fellow Firefly fans but I have to side with our DS9 fans, “What We Left Behind” just made everything bittersweet.
