Today he's committed at least 350 well-documented impeachable offenses and he's currently committing about one new one per day. Dem leadership's response to this? Complete and total SILENCE. They refuse to demand impeachment, because they oppose impeachment. They are fascist enablers.

1) they do not have the numbers to impeach. Republicans have the majority and refuse to allow impeachment. 2) articles of impeachment have been introduced to the house, where the process begins, multiple times only to be shot down by the majority Republicans.

re: "There aren't enough votes for impeachment" The way to get the votes is to try. Giving up will not get the votes. Forcing the issue might. and showing the people that they're fighting might help overcome their reputation for being useless wimps who never do anything.

You can't force a vote when the majority leader in the senate refuses to even allow a vote on articles of impeachment. Learn how the government works then get back to me.

If he did something so obnoxiously unconstitutional, he could easily be publicly shamed for that 'till the end of time. and again, the way to get shit done is to apply pressure. Your strategy, give up, do nothing, let the fascists consolidate power is a really fucking bad one.

My strategy is not to give up. But instead try to get a supermajority in both house and senate, failing that it might come to actual civil war. Be prepared either way. That's where I stand. Not tearing down those opposing the administration and its enablers, but preparing for certain possibilities.

Your strategy is to sit around doing fuck all while a fascist consolidates power. That is outrageously fucking stupid. Betting everything on an election in the distant future which will likely be messed with big time.... sorry, just dumb AF and even if the Ds win they oppose impeachment anyway

Again, the democrats, as proven, do not oppose impeachment. They have tried several times to get articles of impeachment passed and sent to the senate. The Republicans shot each one down. Look it up. CSPAN is free.

LOL a large majority of them voted to BLOCK IMPEACHMENT just 8 weeks ago If you had 3 working brain cells you'd know that they OPPOSE IMPEACHMENT.

Try again. A large majority for what 5 or 6. Most are on board with impeachment.

Nope. 80 House Democrats are now on board with impeachment and ZERO Senators.

Let's find all the statements from the last 12 months where Jeffries, Clark, Aguilar, Lieu, Raskin, Clyburn, Pelosi, or Hoyer say they are in favor of impeachment. Hmmmm. That's funny. No such statements exist. THEY OPPOSE IMPEACHMENT

The entire democratic party does not oppose impeachment. Some who prefer compromise do. Those are the ones to replace in the midterms with democrats that will actually fight.

Some should be removed yes. But throwing out the whole party over a few is not only nonsense, but dangerous as you are doing the Republicans work for them.

In an impeachment 60 votes are required to move forward. Democrats hold 49. It would take Republicans to make up the difference. They refuse to because they are the ones propping up this dictatorial administration.

Hmmmm. Sounds like we need to amp up the pressure on any and all Senators who want to support a deranged fascist dictator. The best way to start to do that is to get them on record voting to protect an obviously guilty criminal from impeachment and removal. Let's force those votes.

They are already on record. The entire republican majority in both the house and senate refused to even discuss the issue much less vote on it.

and 128 Democrats voted with them to block impeachment. So, we gotta get rid of about 342 members of Congress. They are pro-fascist. Are you with us?
