I used to think Phil Spencer was a good one. Then I read that Turn 10 and Forza Motorsport get shuttered. I prefer Horizon but Motorsport was such a freaking amazing game. All of the Microsoft cuts, Rare saying they don't have resources to respond for Sea of Thieves. What is #Xbox doing?
