It’s still somehow hard for me to believe it’s real, and I can only take it in short doses before I start to feel despairing/like screaming at everyone all the time. ☹️

Yeah I feel like if I start screaming I might never stop.

Whew. 😓 That’s kind of where I am. So I am doing my best to do what I can, but also not to look to much & to focus more on books and art and cooking & my dogs & family, etc.
