The Articles of Confederation requires unanimous agreement among the state governments to alter them. They were replaced, *unconstitutionally*, by the Constitution, which said that it went into effect when 9 states agreed. Somehow people accepted that. So there's precedent for a replacement.

If the Dems ever get a supermajority in both houses, constitutional amendments and legislative safeguards need to be expeditiously enacted. Any failure within the caucus should be seen as betrayal. We cannot play nice anymore.

That said, expanding the court, adding more states, and passing some voter laws within the existing framework will help. And prosecutions.
