Have you: 1) sippy of water 2) a snack 3) a shower 4) a nap 5) taken your meds / supplements 6) intentionally worn something you do not usually wear and feel good in 7) frolicked in some way, shape or form? If yes to all then commence to rocket, if not then engaging in self care activities may help.
