I’m a little iffier on that one. Getty is a pretty respected wire service. I can’t imagine they’d post photoshopped photos - like with a jacket added or whatever. Maybe the situations are remarkably similar? But there’s no way the same guy in these photos played golf with Jon Gruden today.

Getty didn’t post the image today, the White House did. The fact that’s it’s a Getty image (from a month ago) doesn’t mean the White House isn’t lying.

Is it still fishy? Yes, of course - Trump is posting shots from a week ago and trying to pass them off as proof of sentience. I'm just inclined to think those particular Getty pics from today are legit, despite the similarities to the old video, unless some of the questions I raised are explained.

There’s no way there’s that much coincidental similarity. The guys with him also dressed exactly the same? Same camera angle? Everything.

I know, I just can’t figure out how this would have been altered on Getty’s end. They’re reputable. I guess it’s conceivable the photographer could have altered it and submitted it, but I still think Getty would vet it. Just giving you my thoughts here.
