I don’t think it’s altered. It’s just an old pic being presented as today.
Getty didn’t post the image today, the White House did. The fact that’s it’s a Getty image (from a month ago) doesn’t mean the White House isn’t lying.
There’s no way there’s that much coincidental similarity. The guys with him also dressed exactly the same? Same camera angle? Everything.
