Well, because Biden's administration went after Trump any way they could. If this were an issue, Biden would have gone after Trump for this as well. Wouldn't Biden's administration have access to the Epstein files as well? I agree, they need to release any evidence about Epstein and prosecute.
The Epstein files were in the investigative stage while Biden was in office. You can't jump into an investigation without possibly corrupting that investigation. You need to let the investigation continue unfettered. Justice takes time. It always has. Check out what Alex Acosta did for Epstein.
By the way I want the Epstein files to be released! I want everyone involved, including trump if he was involved, to be prosecuted!
