If we base success on players bought playing more than 50% of games the following season, then who would you day is the most successful sporting/technical director we've had at the club?

Interesting. I'd say maybe Mitchell? If not paratici? If you could get stats would be nice to use first team minutes for following season / mil spent as a crude performance metric for a DoF. Obvs undervalues fixing an ageing squad/HG issues (lange last year) and would need prem inflation adjustment

Mitchell, Paratici and Arnesen all had a 67% hit-rate based only on signings for the first team.
