I had a prof who argued that she was not menstruating yet. Otherwise they would have said she had sex with someone. But if she couldn’t actually get pregnant yet … now that is a miracle.

The power imbalance is so large that she couldn't possibly have meaningfully consented, regardless of age (which doesn't make the age ok)
