What's interesting is that Jimmy Kimmel could easily have stayed on the streaming parts of Disney, since the FCC has no jurisdiction there, they could have just removed him from the broadcast parts of ABC. I think Disney might be inline for a M&A and they don't want it to be denied by the Feds.
