I don’t think Newsom cares at all about voting rights. I do think Newsom would send the military into the cities to wage war against homeless people. Yes, he would cuddle up to foreign dictators and alienate allies. And yes, he would sic police on protesters.

I don’t think you support Newsom nor that you agree with any of his horrific policies against trans and homeless people. To be perfectly honest, I would not be behaving in such a magnanimous manner if I thought you did. You don’t strike me at all as someone of ill intent. What we are 1/2
2/2 disagreeing here on is whether voting for evil (even if lesser, though that’s debatable to me) is okay. I don’t want to put words in your mouth, but you do seem to acknowledge that Newsom does have many terrible policy positions and opinions that you disagree with; theyre just not a dealbreaker
