I don’t get it

I think the post is quoting Vance in the top picture of when he actually said that about Trump and was condemning him. And the second picture is just confirming that Trump is America's Hitler & he's supports it & is now okay with it.

Top quote was Vance predicting Trump had dictator aspirations, back when Vance hated Trump (and ostensibly thought Hitler was bad). Bottom quote is saying that Vance is now fully on board with Trump’s Hitler-like qualities (concentration camps, calling immigrants vermin, etc).
