Who, people who hate sourdough? That's kinda harsh. I like sourdough bread, but only in certain contexts.

Who knows… but to complain that it’s to blame because you can’t find at all times the specific neutral bread you want is silly. Without sourdough, I’d never have grown up with incredible Detroit style square pizza. It may look weird for non-US folks, but the corner pieces are TO DIE FOR!
