41. Oh god 30 more? Let's get to 50 and see how I feel haha The Burn (Discovery s3) was a cool concept with a middling resolution. Su'Kal caused the Burn with his grief, basically. I didn't like that it was tied to one being's emotions; I wanted a more science/space-related reason.

42. Kelpians on the whole, however, are a great addition to the Trek universe and extremely well executed. We all must shed our fear ganglia and ascend to the next phase of being! Action Saru!

When I first started watching Discovery, I gravitated more towards Saru, as I did with Data back in TNG. As someone who is neurodivergant, @actordougjones.bsky.social portrayal of Saru is a light of hope for me, as I'm doing my best to work on and hopefully overcome my fears.

43. Voyager's "Death Wish" is one of the best episodes out there and certainly a top ep for that series. A courtroom episode...with a twist. We live for a good courtroom moment and this time, even Riker dropped in! 🙌🏻

44. Guinan should pop up in Strange New Worlds, as the actress they got to play her on Picard, Ito Aghayere, completely nailed it.

45. The best defense against a Moopsy would be Murf. No bones to drink, made multipurpose indestructible slime, excellent security officer.

47. Mwhahahaha 47! Not enough of the SNW crew's family members have dropped by. I know some of them have sad backstories but it was great to see Ortegas' brother. More relatives! TNG did this so well. Lwaxana remains my fave in this category bc she made everyone uncomfortable 😂

48. A new female Q WHEN? Yes, I remember Amanda and Ms Q on Voyager. But after the appearance of Trelane (adore Rhys Darby), it is time for a new lady Q to pop in.

49. Gwendoline Christie would make a phenomenal Q. Or any kind of guest starring role, honestly. She too needs to add to her franchise gauntlet!

50. Kirk is a good captain. He is clever, takes risks, and he says leave your bigotry in your quarters. Overall, however, I find him a bit dull. Ya I said it!
