Really, the Trump administration seems to be a giant socio-political experiment to see if you can consolidate an authoritarian state on negative polarization alone.

My favorite part of all this is that Trump‘s policies are micro targeted to fuck over his voting base and I’m here for it. I derive great joy in these dark times from it.

I felt like they would make exceptions to their deportations for service members/wives/etc and the fact that they're not is just surprising. Like do you guys think things through at all, ever?
