I believe the buildings you mentioned are Detention Centers. They are for detaining illegal aliens until their due process hearings to insure the Illegal Aliens show up. If ordered to be deported, they are deported. No slave labor at all. Tim is wrong.

That's true. However, I wouldn't underestimate the deeply fucked up, racist thinking of this administration. Once they realize they're letting brown people live in their detention centers for free, they'll put them to work.
