Oh Christ, how helpful. The more general the field social workers work in the worse they are (in my experience), I train social work students and I have no idea why some of them are doing it, cloistered and clueless.

I’m just desperate to get a carer to do things I can’t and take me to appointments and push the wheelchair as I can’t do it myself. I’m basically 100% helpless outside of the house.

The only thing I’ve heard of that I might qualify for is the Exceptional Needs Unit, but she doesn’t want to do a referral 🤷♀️
