Seeing how many people are able to do what they love with ADHD and be successful, gives me so many examples to point at for my 11 year old daughter and say, “Look you can do anything you want, ADHD is one of the many parts of you that makes you, well you.” Thanks for sharing this.
I can do incredible things with my ADHD, things that help me in my work. But I have found a job that allows me to use my strengths while minimizing the very real weaknesses I have. Burnout is hell. I had to change jobs to get out of a multi-year burnout that was draining my energy and joy.
