Downside is...it's another gawddamn project.
I have an enormous slew of images I keep meaning to put into collections on my iPad. On my laptop I have folders. Faves where all the names are optimized for searches (Boucheron ring diamond crystal tourmaline). Otherwise in folders like “diamonds” or “tiaras” or “historic” and again named -
- for searching. Everything is in my pictures folder so I can search the whole damn thing at once if I want to. No written notes other than the image names, but I can squeeze a lot into those. Year, owner names, carat weight, stone type, and so forth.
Definitely better for pics. Figured I'd pass it along, just in case
