Unsubscribed. I wasn’t impressed in the first place when they pretended it was like memberships. I had big hopes for them and signed up for information. They can do one now. I don’t want to hear from them again.

I signed up in hope; I unsubscribed in despair. I didn't like that the unsubscribe page forced use of a limited selector to tell them the reason I was leaving. It would have been much more useful to add free-format text, as opposed to selecting that I was no longer interested.

They will not expel him, there is zero point waiting for that to happen. They knew who he was and they appointed him anyway. If they won't make a party statement of support for trans people and welcome a transphobe into the party, they are telling you all you need to know.

no one has been "appointed" the party literally only exists in principle. he is still an independent MP who has pledged to support the new party. if members vote for mandatory reselection with a strong pro-trans policy we can deselect him.

then will you have a say or have none? i will choose to fight for trans rights against all odds and genuinely i think a couple of posters online who are probably not even in the prospective membership are going to be easier to beat than the overwhelming amount of terfs in labour and reform
