Kolaches are a favorite in central Texas Czech communities. They make them all — savory, fruit, cheese, meat. Haven’t had one that I didn’t 😋 😋😋😋

Daughter went to Baylor and still lives in Waco. The dilemma is the good kolache places are in West, a town 18 miles from their house. Too close to end of the road to stop and too soon after starting trip home to stop. But the kolache places keep getting better, so the siren call is much louder!
