Owner lives round the corner from me. Genuinely curious as to why anyone would want to own that. Figure it is compensating for something, or just being a total child?

Does it look like it ever goes off-road? I strongly suspect not. My understanding is that it's illegal if the tread extends beyond the body work. This certainly does.
