Even though tomorrow is a holiday, I think I'm still going to do a Sunday roast However, I only have some carrots and one bell pepper. No potatoes or any either vegetables So to fluff it up, I think I'm going to attempt a Yorkshire pudding Any of my UK friends that can offer advice?

Remember to put gravy on it and not sugar and lemon.

Solid advice, though tempting since it's basically just a savory Dutch baby

I guess they're both considered a popover. It's the same concept where you pour the dough in to a heated pan. A Dutch baby is just made with sugar and usually filled with fruit or jam

If you have an America's Test Kitchen website subscription, they have a recipe for it. I can't vouch for its accuracy, but they have developed a recipe.
