Hey, I'm a teacher. It is impossible to replace what my colleagues and I do. Anyone who thinks it can happen has absolutely no clue what happens in a school or a classroom. Our society needs to stop accepting non-educators making decisions about education.
It’s incredible that if you or I tried to pontificate about how lawyers or doctors or research scientists or engineers should do their jobs, we’d get laughed out of the room—but all four of those professions and every other besides can pretend they know what we do, and the public eats it up.
Every single time.
But the rich guy who just wrote a book and got fawning interviews said so. Are you sure?
