I'm never surprised by antisemitism anymore, but horrified by how quickly our non-Jewish society forgives, forgets, moves on. Remember when Kanye bought a Super Bowl ad just to sell swastika shirts? Or when Kyrie Irving's antisemitic comments in Brooklyn led to bomb threats at NJ synagogues? I do.

I actually don't think it goes through anything extensive other than a laundry list of things he did. I didn't see one sentence in the whole piece that conveyed what those actions were (we don't even get details of the course) or why they were meaningful for the person who had to do them

Fair point. My issue is it's all detected around him and making him draftable, not about the Jewish community he harmed.

I think our points go hand in hand. If it's all about him and doesn't even convey yeah change, I don't think it's convincing that he's even willing to engage with the Jewish community
