No, I get no money for endorsements, or free drinks, etc. Just thought I'd try it on my own as the pills are hard on my stomach.

I have noted (besides peeing) that drinking Powerade (has 50% more electrolytes than Gatorade) has cut down the number of my leg cramps considerably. One bottle a day seems to be enough, unless you have enough energy to cut the grass, etc. Worth a shot anyhow. Also comes in powder, or pills.
yes, pee and more pee
Peeing flushing your body of toxic waste, so it is good for you.
The nice thing about being on a catheter is that you don't have to get out of bed to do so. (hospital stay after surgery in January. Not fun) To nurse: No I have no had a bowel movement because I haven't eaten all week or a day before surgery. Senna ain't going to help without food first.
My favourite are the people who claim drinking water will help you lose weight. Because I've always drank a ton of water, and I am not skinny. I guess maybe I'd be truly huge if I didn't.
I lost like 14 lbs on the only water diet (saline solution) by intravenous method in the hospital earlier this year. I do not recommend it. I couldn't keep anything down...for ten days.
Sometimes I look at a glass of water and want to gag.
Room temperature water is tolerable, in slow sips, for me. Ice cold no. Upsets my stomach. Might be the chlorine in it, minerals, I dunno...
Same, we go thru a lot of tp!
I've apparently been dehydrated for years so i've actually gotten the less brain fog and more energy part, but yeah its still mostly the pee
12 cups for men, it sez last time I looked. Good news is that it also includes coffee as a liquid now (in moderation, like 2-3 cups), it didn't use to. YMMV, depends on illness, age, etc.
Yup - pee
