When your orchid blooms so hard you start worrying about structural integrity. I’ve got it staked and weighed down with a chunk of petrified wood, and I’m still hoping it holds up! Love these dancing ladies πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈπŸ’›πŸ‘―β€β™€οΈ

Nice flower spike. I have that one's sister I think, and am reminded it urgently needs to get repotted and have senescent pseudobulbs trimmed off.

oh definitely. when we lived in CA we had several that bloomed four or five times. here I only had one bloom again so far.
