I took an easy stroll for some fresh air and sun. Helps the lungs clear up. And combined with a hot shower on my return, it has equalised my humanity a little.

Yes, a few people have been very sick at my workplace. Fortunately, not literally in the office which is probably how I have dodged it.

I’m currently 10 days since initial symptoms and still somewhat snuffly. So yes, not good.
