I am still frozen. I know I will work my way out of it but I can only handle a few minutes of info about the new administration at a time right now. My kids are 17-21 years old so the next 4 years will impact on the trajectory of their lives. My concern, and anger, are just overwhelming right now.

Knowing you will work through it is wonderful! Take some deep breaths and look to do things that can reset you. I do yoga everyday. I meditate. I do art. It helps me to recenter. 💛💫
